Get Off My Red Carpet
{Bangle Envy}
What a bevy of bangles on her arm! Such a superb green, too. Great places to find similar colored bangles with great style? Hit up Etsy (or ebay) and do a search for vintage bangles. For the metallics, I’ve seen plenty at local department stores like Target. Yes really.
Also, take note of the repetition. Some thought when into this. They were not just slapped on her arm. There is repetition of color as well as some of the bangles themselves. Three colors are used: gold, copper and green. Notice the varying amount of each. Gold is in use the most, followed by copper and the green provides the visual bang. Green is the most prominent but used the least. The metallics are in a supporting role as neutrals. Keep this in mind when shopping.

Check out this adorable video for a photo shoot over at The Glitter Guide. Such fun (and beautiful) styling - candy colors, glittery dresses, balloons! Would love to get my paws on some of those lovely dresses!
